Good friendly service and communication

Two plumbers arrived same day to fix a leaky pipe. Promptly identified the source of blockage and worked over a couple of hours to clean out boiler filter and waste pipes from kitchen machines. Good communication, friendly service and offered useful advice to prevent any recurrence. Paid fixed price, rather than hourly rate. They have promised to return to straighten a screw fitting on filter housing (not causing a leak)
